It is doable.  You can get a week for free to try it online.

As I recall, there is an edit box where you can type in a channel number. I think the other ways of trying to look at channels by category weren't all that friendly.

The online interface is kloogy and their iPhone app is worthless.

List, my wife is sighted and has XM radio in the car. I can add XM radio on
my computer for only $2.99 per month and then have access to all the music
and most importantly, to talk radio including Bloomberg financial, CNN and
CNBC financial.
Has any one had experience with the XM interface and using jaws? Certainly
this option for me would be good, but only if the interface on my computer
will allow me to access the menue system so I can switch channels
independently.
