According to Jaws the old method of setting titles for columns and rows to be read with Insert CTRL ALT R and C respectively, is not recommended in lieu of using region names within Excel itself. The question I have then is, when is when two or more rows hold the text for column titles, how is it defined? The Jaws training on reading titles does not address this. It can be done in the old manual way by highlighting the rows and setting them. I'd tried every conceivable way of doing this including making two separate name definitions, one for rows and one for columns. I can get the columnns to read with multiple rows for the title area that way, but then the row title in column A does not read.

Thanks.

Brad
