your version of JAWS is much older than the most recent iTunes upgrade.
Either downgrade your iTunes, or upgrade your JAWS, or use a free
alternative screen-reader such as NVDA.

What can I do to be able to read the I Tunes WebPages? I have
jaws 11 and the latest version of I Tunes loaded. I know this has
been a problem all along but is there anything I can do to be able
to navigate the I Tunes WebPages? When I go to the website, my
navigation seems so erratic that it is not possible to accomplish
much. Any help would be appreciated.
