Rick, according to the info that you gave to me I have windows 7 ultimate. Do you know if this is considered as the windows 7 professional or not? I am having a problem with Freedomscientific wanting me to purchase jaws professional for this computer and I already am paying for the jaws home edition of jaws. I tried to upgrade from jaws 12.0 to jaws 13.0 but Freedomscientific told me I couldn't do it without upgrading to jaws professional. I have no need of windows 7 professional or jaws professional. Will appreciate your suggestions on this.
