Hi Rick.
I can change idenity fine and download the email for that identity. It's when I enter on an email that JAWS says "no links" and will not read the email.

Is this what Jaws says when you open an identity?

Page has no links, there is no message selected

and then, do you have to tab twice to get into the in box?

I spoke to soon about JAWS 13 fixing my problem with Outlook Express saying "no links" when I switched the email identity. It worked properly for about one or two days and now is once again saying "no links" when I try to read email from a second email identity. Very weird. I have to close out of OE
and reopen for JAWS to read the email.

Anyone else having this problem?
