I suggest turn to FS and ask full support for access. I've heard that last good combination is access 2007 and jaws 10.

I am curious about access 2010 also. I have a database and I have to read
one cell at a time and the rows and columns are confusing when I am trying
to enter data.

I hear that with each new jaws version access support is lower. So don't
expect miracles.
