Hi
     I wonder how one deals with assignments that read "read from page 59 to
78". This could be pretty challenging if one cannot find the page in an
E-Book like those on Amazon.

There are no pages as such in paperless electronic files/books. (there 
sometimes can appear to be two. the first introductory page and the last 
very long page of the text.)
