I was using JAWS 11 and Office 2007 on an XP machine. A few weeks ago JAWS would only read the name of the e-mail sender and the size of the message. The Tech Rep at work removed all Microsoft updates that were installed right before the problem started. I.T. had also pushed some type of hibernation product to all machines on the network. This has since been removed from my computer. Today we set up a new Outlook profile, but no change. We updated to JAWS 12 and still no improvement. The next step is to re-install Office 2007, but I.T. will most likely upgrade my computer to Windows7 and then put everything back on.
