HI David, Maybe what I'm asking cannot be done but, as far as the columns go, I have From, Subject, Received, & Attachments checked & in that order. Who the email is from, I want to hear but, just the name of the sender & not their email address! Currently, when I open an email, I hear the senders name, their email address, & the subject line. What I would like to hear, is just their name & the subject line. I know a couple of people who, when they open their emails, they are read the way I would like mine to read but, we cannot find where this particular setting is! I cannot tell you all the different things we've tried but obviously, we have not found it yet! LOL LOL
I know I'm being picky but, this has become a personal challenge, just because I know the setting is there, somewhere! Thank you very much for your reply & all of your help. Take care. You perform the same tasks with, Received, Attachment, So, the only one showing is, From. Then tab to close or the okay button which ever it is. Haven't used windows mail in some time.
