List, on this thread about authorizing jaws 13, here is my issue. I used the jaws 13 disk I just received to put jaws on a new 64 bit home premium windows 7 on a sony notebook computer. I did not specify the version of windows 7 I have and Jaws was installed. I assume the installation program knew to install the 64 bit version? Secondly, I got the product activated, but every time I have used the computer, after about 35 minutes, I get a message that the jaws version is a demo and I have 6 minutes left. So I go immediately to the jaws program and go into the help menu and select activate and the product is again activated. It is at about that time I am getting an error code 6 from jaws saying this is not authorized or something to that effect. Note that each time my computer boots up, I do check to see that the jaws is activated and it is. Any thoughts? Thank you and If I hear nothing I will call the FS help desk. Did you download the 32-bit or the 64-bit? ----- Original Message ----- From: "Margaret Thomas" <iluvtor...@cox.net> To: "ju" <jaws-users-list@jaws-users.com> Sent: Sunday, November 13, 2011 5:42 PM Subject: [JAWS-Users] Problem Activating JAWS 13 > Hi All, > > I got JAWS 13 installed on the Win 7 machine, but only in 40 minute > mode.
