Hi All, Jaws 13, windows XP home. After installing jaws 13 from the DVD and setting it to load up on start-up I rebooted the computer and it won't load up. Tried restarting a couple of times but it fails to start. However, if I then do the jaws unload keystrokes of alt + F4 followed by enter and use the keys, "control + Alt + J" it will load up. It acts like jaws is loaded but just not talking. I uninstalled then reinstalled from the download package on the FS web site but still the same behaviour.
