The solution is to have the E mail read in the web browser and the command is Shift plus insert and the letter W as in william. You go to the web page and read the message and it works fine. This may not be the solution to your problem but was for me and will be for others using outlook 2010 and jaws 13. I did find one interesting thing though. I exited JAWS 13 and loaded JAWS 12 and the E-mail list read perfectly as before. Then I reloaded JAWS 13 and all the issues with the Message list came back.
