Hi Susie: Alt+1 on the number row, reads the, from field. Alt+2, on the number row reads the, date field. Alt+3, on the number row reads the, to field. Alt+6, on the number row, reads the, subject field. Pressing these keystrokes twice will take you to that field. Remember to have the message open when doing these key strokes. to go to your contact list, do the following. Control+3, on the number row. Arrow up and down through the list. Stop on the contact that you want to delete and press the delete key. When you are done, press control+y to go to your folder list and press enter on inbox, this will bring you back to where you were. I hope this helps.
