Thanks, but as I said, on mine, it did not work.
I'll try redownloading it and see if that makes a difference. Perhaps, I
some how received a corrupted version the first time.

The link labeled 'next' at the bottom of the IE9 webinar html file does
work and takes you to the conclusions section. When u download the free
IE9 with JFW12 webinar, you get 3 htm files with the main majority of the
content in the middle htm file and the 3rd htm file is this conclusions
section.

I was using the Webinar for IE9 and after I was a little way into it, I
came
across a "Next" link that did not work.
Has anyone else had this happen?
I'll try redownloading it after Thanks Giving to see if that makes a
difference.
Do any of you have any other suggestions?
Thanks and Happy Thanks Giving to everyone! Vicky

Good schedule for those who do not work, for those of us who
do noon Eastern on a Tuesday is no way to win us over. Oh,
well, most of them seem to cover things I already know or
don't need to know.

Fred, I am talking about the one's Al noted in his last
message.
There is a free intro webinar for office 2010 this Tuesday
for an hour at 12 noon. Also, you can go to the download
page for the training area and download audio and text
documents with training material for the free webinars. I
am going to pay roughly $30 for the Outlook 2010 webinar as
you can follow along during the class and or simply use the
downloaded materials with or without being at a specific
date for training. There is a good schedule of upcoming
webinars.

John, where can I get the jaws office turtorial that you
mentioned in your e-mail posting? I am an old man myself
and I am still learning windows 7 and outlook 2010. It is a
slow process though.

Ann,
Thank you for this item. I would not have easily found it
and I already spent more time on it than I should have.
I think I am going to get the jaws office outlook tutorial
and approach all of this office 2010 systematically. This
program is so different from Office 2003 that I really need
to start from scratch.
So hopefully an old dog can learn new tricks.

the thing about Outlook 2010 that I'm fighting with is that
the ribbon changes depending on the page you are on. For
example, when you're reading email, the upper ribbon has
'message' at the top, and the lower ribbon choices relate to
sending a message. Wo more. When you move the cursor to
read a list of attachments, the upper ribbon says
'attachments'. and the lower ribbon choices deal with
attachments.
To get to the BCC field, open a new email. Press alt-p to
the options tab, and arrow down.
