Hello listers. A fellow lister shared the alt-shift-arrow keys to quickly assign diff style types to text in MS word. This sounds like a very handy hot key combo. However when I use MS Word 2007, JFW 13 hitting alt-shift-arrow keys (up, down, left, right) I can't seem to use it or understand how to use it to assign any style type e.g. normal, heading1, heading 2 or another style. Is there some documentation on using this hot key combo to quickly assign any of the long list of style types to any highlighted text in MS Word?
Or are there any other hot key combos to do this aside from alt-shift-arrow keys? Thx much! prateek -----Original Message----- From: [email protected] [mailto:[email protected]] On Behalf Of Maria Campbell Sent: Tuesday, November 29, 2011 11:20 AM To: [email protected] Subject: [JAWS-Users] Best way to learn PowerPoint More and more learning material at my office is coming out in PowerPoint. I suppose it might be time for me to learn how to use the program with JAWS, yes? In that light, I'm looking for suggestions for the best way I might do this. Are their any tutorials, training sessions, etc., I might be able to use? I might even be able to provide some compensation to anyone willing to work with me on this learning project.
