You are missing something. If you click on the register link, it will say
you need an invite from a user, quote or quote you can ask for an invite.
And there is a link there. Here is the text of the register page:

To register you will need to have an invitation code provided to you by a
current member of the WebVisum community. Please look at the Information
about Invitations page Or Request an invitation
Just click on the request link.
