I can't help you but I can say that this does not happen on
my computer.
I'm running Outlook 2010, JAWS 12.0.1170 on Windows 7
64-bit.
My e-mail account is a Microsoft Exchange account but I
don't think the type of account makes any difference
regarding this particular problem you are experiencing.

Hi,

I was just curious and I been wanting to ask this for such a
long time but it never irritated me that much to ask.
Seriously, its not that big of a deal but I will ask
anyways.

This doesn't happen in outlook 2007 but it does for outlook
2010. When I press CTRL m to download/check for messages
after opening up outlook 2010, any folder that has an email
coming into it, jaws will say the folder name.
lol, you know how annoying that is? To open up your outlook
and hear inbox inbox inbox inbox jaws-users jaws-users
jaws-users inbox inbox inbox?

Now there isn't a way to have jaws stop anouncing all that
is there?
