Hi In JAWS 13, and I think it happened in 12 also, somehow the Use Virtual Cursor mode gets turned off. When I hear JAWS say just PC cursor instead of virtual PC cursor, I press JAWSKey+z to turn virtual mode back on. Then things seem to work.
