Brian, Everything is working fine now. I had to turn off my computer and reboot. It was as simple as that. Actually, I had to turn off and reboot a couple of times before everything worked out. Thanks Steve

First you hold down the Insert key and the spacebar. After you release those two keys, then you press "R" for Research It. It will bring up the Research It window.
