If you guys are talking about Windows 8, Yep, that's what I heard on one of
the MS demos. You can use tough if you want, or use the keyboard.

as far as I have herd, the touch screen computers still have keyboard
abilities so if it has the ability to work with a keyboard, it has at least
the potential, if not the pre set ability to work with an appropriate screen
reader.
