BlankI have a client using Jaws 13.0.638 latest update on a Win 7 64-bit
machine. Jaws will not read emails in Windows Live Mail Version 15 (the

with the ribbon menu), unless she first opens the message and routes the
PC
to the Jaws cursor.
So, I have tried repairing Jaws 13 to no avail. I un-installed and
re-installed Windows Live Mail 15 with the same results.
Does Jaws read emails properly for those with a similar setup? If not,
does
anybody know if there is a way to snag the previous version of Windows
Live
Mail 14.0.8086 I think it is? I know several who use that successfully on
a
Win 7 machine with Jaws 12 and 13.
