No. the accessible site is a streamlined version, just the basics. Actually not even that. It really is nice to use if you have already used the regular site and know what you want, just going back to Amazon to order. The regular site has much more detail, plus all the consumer reviews, which are helpful. Only takes a while to learn how to get around in regular site.
