On muy old Windows XP computer, we recently installed Jaws 12. But very often, if I use "say all" to read a long email or an article on the web, Jaws stops reading suddenly and I am returned to the beginning of the article or email. Has anyone encountered this and is there a solution? I've resorted to reading line by line. Or, occasionally, if I use "say all" and remember the last phrase I heard, I can find it again with Jaws Find and continue. I emailed FS when this happened and they made one or two suggestions, but these didn't work. I haven't had occasion to see if the problem exists in word.
