Then you will find a send button. I was under the impression that when I hit it the message did indeed send. as you might have guessed I did not get a reply. grin. There have been several other versions of Google offered on the list that work quite well with my equipment and I suggest you give them all a try and see what you prefer. For those of you with Skyte or unlimited long distance who don't mind being placed on hold forever, you can give them a call a register your complaint about the lack of accessibility on the Search Settings page. I could not find any email address for their customer support. They are obviously not very consumer friendly. No email address or phone number. When you visit their contact page, you are then directed to their help center, but this provide no email addresses or phone numbers. You just go around in circles and eventually give up in frustration. Oh, I did find a page for praising a specific Google product, but notfor criticizing it. Very sneaky. Obviously, they are not interested in hearing user feedback or complaints. If anyone has found Google's email address or phone number, please post it for the rest of us.
