Mike,
Did you first try changing the font in MS Word? if you haven't, what you
could do is: First, Save the file as under a different name but still
with the .doc extension (for safety reasons). Now in this saved-as doc,
select all, and apply the font changes for your Notepad to the
selection. Copy to clipboard. Then paste into notepad. Notepad is really
only a text editor, not a wordprocessing program.

Alt+o=format,
Down arrow and enter on font,
Now, your in a list,
Arrow to your choice, or try to letter navigate,
Now tab,
You will see, style,
Tab again you will see size,
Etc.
Make your changes,
And tab okay.

Hi All,
I have a document that is in Aerial Bold 18 Point black. I want to
change
the font size to 12 point & save the Word doc as a text file. 12
point is
what my default font settings are in Notepad but, whenever I try to
copy /
paste the contents of the document into a new Text file, thinking the
font
size will change to the default size, it doesn't. It remains in 18
point.
How do I change the font size from 18 point to 12 point? All help
will be
