Will these work with the audio description found on some network shows? I'm
still running XP yet, but I'd like to get the audio described stuff cheaper
than having to buy TV Speak only to find that maybe it isn't available in my
area.

Hi and thanks, I have two KWorld tuners at the moment and am managing to
use them with Microsoft Windows Media Centre. The dialog boxes on the
setup wizard don't work but you can guess your way through as the buttons
seem to speak o.k.
The guide does work reasonably well as well when moving up and down and
right clicking to record a programme etc. The only additional option with
the Compro software apparently is the P4 power mode which allows the PC to
be started automatically to record a programme and then shut down after.
It seems that Microsoft Windows Media Centre doesn't work with the P4
power mode.

Hi, I am new to Windows 7 and have been trying unsuccessfully to get a
working TV tuner card to work, with my Comcast ISP. Now, they tell me,
that I will need to use their TV tuner and rent it from them, just as I
have been doing with the Set Top Box, for years.
I'll let you know, if it works.
