Don, I am going to change some things in the system tray to be sure. I
have another question for you. I am using windows 7 ultimate and to
upgrade jaws to latest 13.0 I would have to purchase jaws professional at
a large price and I don't want to do that. I am already paying for the
jaws home edition and I would like to uninstall windows 7 ultimate and
install windows 7 home edition which would be much cheaper for me if I
could do it. If I decided to do it would I have to remove everything from
my computer and then reinstall it or is it possible to remove the
ultimate edition and install the home edition without removing any other
programs from my computer first? I relize this is a long rambling
message but I hope I have made sense out of it. Thanks much,

FRED ADAMS W4HC

Could you be running something in the background (System Tray) that might
steal away the focus and go away again quickly?
