If you are using XP alt+f and type letter a for save as.

Apparently, the keystrokes are different for accessing attachments. I
have
one that I need to access and print up and don't know how. This one is a
pdf attachment and if I go to the file menu and press v for save
attachments, jaws says print preview. But I don't know what to do next.
Can someone tell me. Actually, I tried to attach something to an email
the
other day and couldn't do that either. But right now, I need to access
tis
particular attachment.
