Try the straight Wikipedia:

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Glenn_Hauser

He's there.

that's generally how you find articles, independently, using that (or similar) syntax.

hi becky:
you got what I should be getting but does not work for me here.
have been using glenn as a test to make sure wikipedia does work.
maybe I'll try a repair on jaws and see if that fixes the problem.
will write back after I do maintenance on jaws.

After two tries, I found Glenn Hauser on Research It.

However, I too have a shutdown of JAWS if Research It times out or cannot find anything.

Glenn Hauser (born April 12, 1945 in Berkeley, California) is an internationally-known DXer and radio host from Enid, Oklahoma, United States. He produces and narrates the weekly 30-minute radio show "World Of Radio", heard on various non-commercial AM and FM radio stations throughout the U.S., plus worldwide on shortwave radio.

When i tried it, it completely shut down JAWS, and i had to relaunch
JAWS, and there was a dialogue that said that my search had timed out.
