I have XP home and 12.0. On another computer , XP pro, I easily and successfully upgraded from 12.0 to 13.0. However, on my main computer I can not get the normal eloquence voice to work. When I used the disc to install 13.0, some other man's voice was present. I uninstalled it, and installed from the web. I still had the same voice. So, I uninstalled 13.o and real speaks, I'm not sure why. I just downloaded 13.0 from the web, for the second time, and the voice sounds garbled as if under water. It is similar to the XP windows voice. I've checked to make sure the eloquence is set as default and I did not try to modify my voice profile.
