Webex can be made to do what you need. It is a browser based program. It is not exactly user friendly but once you locate the button to share out your screen then it is accessable. This button is not recognized by jaws at all, at least not with jaws 10 but it located just to the left of the minimize button at the top of the screen. I found by right clicking in that area you could get the menu to come up. Then you should be good to go using the arrow keys. You will have some options e.g. sharing out your screen or giving full control. You only need to search for this mysterious button once persession so it isn't that big of deal. Logging in is a standered web login page and should not give you any trouble.
