I have not upgraded either. However, according to an article I read it is
suppose to have better security features. Also, according to this email
newsletter Microsoft forces xp users to upgrade to IE 8 starting this year
when you have windows automatic upgrade enabled.

just installed IE 9 on my computer, and really I don't see the advantage
