Hello Donna
Please check and make sure these settings has been set correctly
1. Open the office product wich you have this problem, such as ms word, excel
etc
2. Press alt to activate the ribond menu, navigate to view tab.
3. Arrow down to zume sub menu, open it by righ arrow. You should hear Jaws
read: "zume... button"
4. Hit enter on it, a dialog appear.
5. Set zume to 100% and press enter to save changes.
That's my settings on ms word 2010, and it work well.
Hope that help

Subject: [JAWS-Users] Read previous line and next line with JAWS and MS word

I apparently have inadvertently changed a setting and don’t know where to go
to change it back to perform properly. When in a document I can read current
line, but if I arrow down to the next line Jaws will not automatically read
that line nor will it read the previous line when I use the up arrow.
Apparently, the cursor will move up and down, but the lines are not
automatically read. This is not happening when I am composing email, but does
happen in MS word 2010, Windows 7 and Jaws 13.

  Any assistance would be appreciated.

  Donna
