Navigate from frame to frame using m, but chances are you can use other quick keys to get to what you need. There may be a link to add a payee, for instance. Then your payees may be marked by checkboxes, or edit fields. Each has its own quick key.

Now I see that paying checks on line is in a frame. So I need to know how to get into the frame to see what is involved and then leave the frame when I'm done.
