if that happens to me, after pressing "I", I alt then tab to make sure I am
on the right screen, or that jaws has not lost it's focus then I just wait,
and susally after a few seconds it works out fine.
at least that is what I do.

Having issues installing adobe flash player. When I click install, it

gives me 2 buttons, one says I button, the other says q button. I assumed
the I button means install, so I click that one, and nothing happens, the
installer just quits. Suggestions?
