I've been using Web TurboTax for nearly 10 years now and it works 
wonderfully well.  Never had any accessibility issues and have been able 
to do my taxes completely solo.  OK, that's not quite true as until a few 
years ago, I would have to ask someone to read my w2 but since my company 
subscribes to ADP i can get my paycheck and w2 info online.  I can get all 
of my mortgage info online through my bank, so it's pretty much a solo 
deal these days.
