For what it is worth, I simply use the cut & paste rather
than drag & drop. Maybe current version works better but
previous versions always seemed to give folks trouble with
this. Many list members, myself included, find cut & paste
more effective. Just my two cents

FYI, There are 3 things that can give you a lot of
information about 
jaws and keys.
1. Do a insert + 1. That tells you what keys are without
activating them.
2. Insert + h, or w, or f1 twice. Will give help or keys for
program.
3. Jaws help does have extended help topics on a lot of
functions 
with jaws and other programs.
