I did this by creating a message rule specifying that all emails sent to x
email address be sent to x folder. I did this for a couple of different
accounts and folders I created for those particular accounts.
In my case, I also assigned different wav sound clips for different email
addresses so that I wasn't always checking my computer as I belong to quite
a few mailing lists and can get easily over 200 messages a day. Depending on
sounds x y or z, I know if it's a message sent to my personal account, one
of my business ones or a mailing list email in which case, I know can wait
to be read later. I suppose you can also assign different notification
sounds for particular recipients like ringtones, but I haven't gone that
detailed into it.

Subject: [JAWS-Users] Outlook XP Brain-fade

Hi Folks,

I want to set up a separate folder in Outlook XP to accept my business email
and as the subject line implies, I have forgotten how.
Jaws 10.latest, Windows XP-Pro and Outlook-XP. *not Outlook
Express*

Any assistance with the memory deficit is greatly appreciated.

TNX
