I notice that with JAWS 13 and Outlook 2003, that exiting out of Outlook
only minimizes it, but doesn't shut it down. You have to actually go
into the task manager and end the process.

I shut down Outlook and turned it back on. That didn't help. Jaws
doesn't let me turn it all the way off. What happens when I exit is that
it gets very slow but doesn't turn off completely. However, I did do
that and then turn it on again and it's back to its normal speed. But
that didn't help either.

Hello there;
1, did you close outlook and restart it again?
2, did you unload jaws and restart the program again?
These are good things to try before trying to make other changes.

Normally, I can tab to get from a list view to the list of folders. I
have Outlook 2003, Win7, and IE9, Jaws 13.7. Tab isn't working. I need
to be able to get to a "to miriam" folder" as well as some other folders
where emails are stored but I can't get out of this list view. Any
suggestions?
