The problem with email messages is simply things often get taken the wrong way because all we get is the text of the message but not as much the content or flavor of the message for the lack of a better term.
Rick is a moderator on here and he has been for almost six years in fact. Actually the only people who have more time on here are Bob and myself. Although I can't say with absolute certainty as to all such messages I know Rick and am quite sure he wasn't being snotty towards you or anybody else for that matter. There are folks who do try to push the envelope at times skirting the limits of our guidelines I admit but The people I have helping me out have proven time and again that they are stand up guys by going to bat for something they believe in more than their share. With now over 600 subscribers on here there are going to be more such misunderstandings simply because of the sheer volume of members, and personalities in that large of a group are going to clash at times so we all have to try harder to remember we are all of different skill levels and at varying places in our lives. Some people are going to be having bad days where others are not. Any how I hope I have made my point, I'm going to climb down off of my soap box now.
