I myself would try a repair of jaws if probable, it is sounding like jaws does at times when I bring out of sleep/hibernation modes, but all I need do to fix it is restart jaws, while yours seems a constant, something to do with the video pickup I would guess.

and when I had J12 I never had this problem, but I'm running j13 now.

Hi;
I did a move to another drive and the Move function worked fine. I went back to the original drive and Move function showed all the folders so I moved files into a new folder but when I tried to do another move to that drive it showed only the one folder that I last moved files into. it seems to reset itself if I move to another drive and it works only once for a particular drive.

Hi;
This has been going on for a while. I have Jaws 12 . When I move files to
a folder the first time it works as it should. if I try to move other
files to a different folder the only option I have is the last folder I
move files into. Jaws says something like (e drive Columbo one file) when
I move back a level and try it again it the same message. I cannot get
jaws to read all the files on the drive.
Any help ?Does this make sense?
Regards
Scott
