I also have the same experience. Probably, I is for install and q is for
quit. Adobe X, I believe, is forIcon created after the installation.

When I turned my computer on this morning, that pesky Adobe update thing
came on.
I know this has been covered before, but I forgot.
JAWS can only read:
Button

I
I first clicked on the I and then the Buttons went away.
I do not know if the update installed or not.
How can I handle this?
The icon on my Desk Top still says
Adobe X
