Hello there; Try the following; I'm assuming your using outlook2010,
While in outlook2010, 1, alt+f, 2, down arrow to open press enter, 3, down arrow to import press enter. 4, press enter on import from another program or file, 5, now you need to select; Comma Separated Values (Windows) Press enter. Now your being asked what file to import, You want cSV You can also browse for the file location, Then next; You need to choose, Contacts, And eventually you will get to the finish button.
