Hi If the key combination is not working, try turning keyboard help on by pressing JAWSkey+numbers row 1. Then type JAWSkey+end. It should say Reads the top line of the active window. If you press those keys 3 times rapidly, it should say ReadTopLineOfWindow which is the function name. If you don't hear those two things, then the key assignment for JAWSKEY+end has been changed. Check any user JKM files you may have. To turn keyboard help off, press JAWSKEY+numbers row 1 again. Also I've noticed that in Outlook 2010, the Minimize, Maximize and Close symbols are not spoken no matter what graphics verbosity is set for. I haven't seen them not being spoken in any other application.
