Shut down the computer and turn off the router. Than after a few minutes,
turn it back on and see if that solved the problem.

Subject: [JAWS-Users] Internet Browser not functioning.
Hi all,
Yesterday, a client of mine came asking to repair hisIE8 Browser. When I
connect the network the system tray shows "network internet access"
however
while trying to browse, It gives the message internet cannot display the
webpage. I tried several other web sites and gets the same message. While
trying to trouble shoot, it displays:
"Windows cannot communicate with the device."
I assigned IP address and found all right. I asked a sighted person and
says
that there is light on the network cable connected..
Based on my previous experiences, if the network controller is missing or
not installed, there would not be any light blinking on the network cable
connected.
How do you think could I resolve the problem?
