Hello friends, if You are using win7 then follow these instructions. in edit box type viw installed updates. then down arrow and find the option view installed updates and press enter on it. then press letter i for internet explorer and press enter then follow the instructions given by jaws software. have it will help You. have a good day. if You face any problem then joine me on skype my ID is dollysweet.
