hello folks

I am used to using the ctrl+up/down arrow when navigating between paragraphs in microsoft word and other word processing applications. However, I recently downloaded the upgrade to jaws 13 and am not able to use this command effectively. It is making a tinking or beeping sound when I go to the top or bottom of file and it wouldn't let me use the ctrl+up/down arrow because of it. Whenever I want to use this command, the beeping sound repeats. What I do than is use the command "say all" or reading by line or by sentence. These commands work fine.

I tried to merge the settings with jaws 12 with the merge utility but I learned that jaws wouldn't merge the app specific settings for MSWord due to the recent improvements in jaws 13. I hope someone can help me resolve this issue as it really decreases my productiveness and I have to use jaws 12 when working with MSWord.
Best regards,

Milica Trpevska
