Open the quick access menu go down a few and turn on read messages
automatically, by default it is off.

I respectfully disagree with you. Prior to my upgrade I could hit the enter
key and jaws would read the entire message. In fact I just tested my theory
using Jaws v11 and the entire message was read after hitting enter.

Uhh. it is normal for JFW to not read out the entire msg when u open an
email up by hitting the enter key. It is normal to enter the 'say all' key
stroke to read the whole msg.

Today I installed the latest v13 jaws release and now when I hit enter on an
email message in outlook 2007 jaws will read a couple of lines and then
stop. How do I make it read the entire message without having to use the say
all command?
