Hi, am using excel 10, window 7 & jaws 12 on netbook.
I use excel to play sudoku & my move to window 7 has up to now been short
learning curve. However I must have hit a button & messed up a couple of things.
to insert a new sheet: jaws & shift & s keys
this used to work, not now. it activates the jaws curser.
as I'm using a laptop I have tried the insert key or the caps lock key for the
shift, as well tried both shift keys, resulting in the jaws curser.
Second problem: a lot of repeating.
please bare with me as I try to describe what I'm hearing as I play sudoku.
I hit f2 to edit a cell; every time a number in that cell is deleted, the
resulting number is stated. so if 3 nunbers are removed, jaws states the entire
remining number each time. Before this mess up the entire number was not
repeated only the numbers moved to by the curser. Further, when moving from
cell to cell, jaws states the numbers & coordinate, twice.
I've been on jaws verbosity, sorry no idea what to check or uncheck. Any
suggestions would be greatly appreciated. My apoligies for confusing
description.
