Do a insert key plus letter J to bring up Jaws interface. Then
press the letter o followed by the letter V for voice
adjustments and enter on voice adjustments.
You are now in a dialogue box to set various components of
speech. Tab over to pitch and adjust.
You can get jaws help while navigating the dialogue box by pressing
insert key plus F1 key. Escape closes the help message Joh
